This 5-day course is designed to strengthen psychological resilience, human performance, and decision-making capabilities during periods of crisis, danger, uncertainty, and heightened security risk. It focuses on managing fear, stress, anxiety, uncertainty, and emotional pressure that may arise during security alerts, emergency warnings, evacuation or shelter-in-place situations, operational disruptions, and other dangerous events.
Participants will develop practical techniques for maintaining calm, situational awareness, effective communication, teamwork, and sound decision-making under pressure.
